Contact Charlotte Tangye Design for information regarding payment for bulk orders. Exchanges will be given on products that have genuine manufacturing faults or have suffered damage whilst in transit. Postage on these items will be paid for by Charlotte Tange Design. Returns should be made within 14 days. A refund will only be given if the product has been returned to Charlotte Tangye Design and cannot be replaced. Refunds will not be given on unwanted items. Please note that all of the products listed are batch produced, therefore some slight variations may occur in the colour and finish of the item you receive to the one seen on the web site.
